摘要
中国传统文化广博精深,拥有丰富的管理思想,中国古代的管理思想对现代管理实践有着重要的意义。本文对中国古代的管理思想产生的背景、表现形式及其哲学辩证等做了简要论述和探讨。
Chinese traditional culture is extensive deep,and has extensive management thinking.Management thought in ancient China has great significance on modern management practice.This paper analyzes and discusses the background,manifestations and its philosophy of dialectical of management thought in ancient China.
