摘要
合理的行政区划是行政管理和经济发展的有力保证。随着贵州社会和经济的发展,行政区划设置中地级行政区规模过大、划分过粗的弊端越来越突出。以县级单位数量、耕地面积和常住人口为评价指标,通过引入灰色聚类分析的定量研究方法,对贵州省行政区划的调整进行了探讨,并提出了新的行政区划设置方案。
The reasonable administrative division is a powerful guarantee for administration and economic development. With Guizhou＇s society and economy development, the abuse that oversized administrative regionalization and dividing broad-brush is becoming in Creasingly prominent. Taking the county-level unit quantity, the cultivated area and the resident population as eval- uating indicators and importing the ration investigation method of gray-clustering analysis, the paper putsforward the discussion for the adjustment of Guizhou Province administration regionalization, and proposes a new scheme of administration regionalization establishment.
