摘要
以活性炭为还原剂、CI_2为氯化剂,研究了包钢选矿厂尾矿直接加碳氯化和经Na_2CO_3焙烧后加碳氯化在提取稀土氯化物的同时提取氯化铀的新工艺。结果表明,随反应温度的升高及反应时间的增加,铀的氯化率均提高,且当反应时间大于2 h时其氯化率变化不明显,在反应温度为600℃时铀的氯化率可达到较高的水平。在最佳的反应条件600℃、2 h下,铀提取率可达79.6%。经Na_2CO_3焙烧后的尾矿在相同的工艺条件下铀的氯化率有所降低。
A novel carbochlofination process was investigated for extracting uranium from the tailings of Baotou Iron and Steel Company taking carbon as reducing agent, chlorine as chlorinating agent and Na2CO3 as roasting agent. The results dem- onstrate that at 600℃ for 2 h the uranium yield can reach 79.6%. When the reaction time is more than 2 h, there is no obvious increase of uranium yield. The uranium yidd decreases when the talings are roasted with Na2CO3 before carbochlorination at the same condition.
