摘要
在对传统中钇富铕稀土矿三分组工艺研究分析的基础上,设计了最新的组合式三分组工艺流程,并对二者进行了技术经济比较。经比较证明,新的组合式三分组工艺先进合理,生产成本低,操作控制方便,可为其它稀土分离工艺流程的优化设计和技术改造提供良好的借鉴。
Based on investigation on traditional three-group process for separation of rare earth mineral with middle Y and rich Eu, a new combined three-group process was designed, and the techno-economic comparison between traditional process and the latest designed one was made, and the latest combined three-group process showed advanced techno-economic indexes, low cost, simple operation and easy control. It provided a reference to optimizing the design and technical transformation of oth- er rare earth separation process.
