观察^(131)Ⅰ治疗白细胞减少的Graves病的疗效及安全性

摘要 Graves病（GD）是一种器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,抗甲状腺药物治疗是常用治疗方法之一。抗甲状腺药物治疗除了复发率高外,常见副作用主要是外周血白细胞减少甚至发生粒细胞缺乏,而且少数病人在Graves病确诊时就发现白细胞减少,这类病人不能继续服用或选用抗甲状腺药物治疗,也不宜选择手术治疗。为此，我院近一年半采用^131Ⅰ治疗伴白细胞减少的Graves病患者119例，疗效满意，报道如下。
