摘要
在典型航天静力学试验结构化分解基础上,采用成本估算关系式法、Delphi法和统计分析等方法,研究分析了试验不同阶段影响价格的软硬件因素,筛选出主要因素,利用价格-因素关系式法设计计价模型。基于历史试验费用数据,获得静力试验专家经验计价公式,建立统计计价模型。对统计计价模型进行回归分析,对比价格预测值与实际试验价格,进行模型验证,拟合结果证明模型设计可以满足试验计价的需要。
Based on the structure analysis of the typical aerospace static test, the cost estimation relation, Delphi method and statistic analysis are used to study the factors of the hardware and software in the different static test periods. The main factors that affect the test pricing are selected, and the price-factors relation method is used to design the pricing model of static test. The experts pricing formula and statistical pricing model are established, and they are obtained under the history test price data. The predicted values are compared with the true static test expenses finally, and models that are established in the article have been proven to satisfy the needs of the test pricing.
