摘要
我国宪法和法律分别赋予了公民的受教育权、平等受教育权、知情权和参与权,因此我国的教育政策也应该体现和保护公民的这四种权利。但是在现有的教育政策体系下,教育政策的制定主体、制定程序和政策执行都有可能侵犯到公民的这些权利,这便要求我们对其进行完善,最终达到更好地保护公民权利的目的。
China's constitution and other laws grant its citizens the right to education,the right to education on equal basis,the right to know,and the right to participate,which should be embodied and protected in the national educational policy.In the present system of educational policy,however,the subject of the formulation of the educational policy,the process of formulation,and the enforcement of the policy may all infringe the civil rights mentioned above.Therefore,the educational policy will have to be perfected to better protect civil rights.
