摘要
利用电化学电位噪声方法检测了不同腐蚀状态304与316两种不锈钢管焊缝区试样在室温碱液中的腐蚀行为,并采用电化学噪声时域谱、频域谱进行了分析。结果表明:不同腐蚀状态焊缝试样的腐蚀电位及噪声时域谱特征不同,可利用电位噪声频域谱的高频斜率K值定性判定是否发生局部腐蚀,同时可根据频域谱中发生事件特殊频率fn区分材料的腐蚀状态,为现场检测奠定基础。
The electrochemical potential noise (EPN) was used to check the weld zone ot 304 and 316 stainless steel specimens in different states at room temperature in the 50% NaOH solution in order to deal with their different corrosion behaviors. The different-state specimens were made in the boiling 50% NaOH solution. Several EPN parameters were obtained from time domain and frequency domain analysis. The results show EPN of different corrosion states of weld specimens can be applied to ju- dging whether local corrosion may occur. By using parameters of roll-off slope (K) and the frequency of events (f,) from PSDs, it is also likely to distinguish different states of specimens. Further devel- opment is expected to be useful for real-time check of local corrosion.
