摘要
本文通过分析传统媒体面临的问题、目前媒资产业状况和市场对媒体资产管理人才需求,论证开设媒体资产管理专业的必要行、可行性;在描述媒体资产管理程序及系统的基础上,从培养目标专业定位、培养途径与教学模式、专业课程设置、核心课程分析、实践教学诸多方面进行阐述媒体资产管理专业建设的具体实施方案。
The paper deals with the problems confronting traditional media,current situation of media asset and the needs of market,and expounds the necessity and feasibility of opening the curriculum of media assets management.It also discusses the special features of this subject in terms of its personnel training,school-enterprise cooperation,analysis of the core courses,and specific implementation of the curriculum.
