横切机组带钢振动纹产生机理及其预防

摘要 带钢表面振动纹严重影响带钢产品的质量和生产效率,是轧钢生产中较难应付和期待解决的问题。针对横切机组出现的振动纹现象,首先从振动和工艺参数的测试入手,排除设备和工艺等常见的振动纹致因;而后根据多辊矫直机的工作原理和振动纹影响因素,通过反复实践和调整,最后锁定振动与矫直机辊子的修磨和装配精度相关;同时修正了矫直辊修磨规范,逐步抑制了振动纹的产生,保证了生产顺行。 Chatter marks on strip surface severely affect the strip product quality and production efficiency,which is a difficult problem expected to be solved.In order to remove these chatter marks occurring on the cut-to-length line,the first step was to test the vibration and process parameters,then excluded some ordinary vibration causes by the equipment and process itself.After that,on the basis of the working principle of the multi-roll levelling machine,and through practice and adjustment again and again,it was found that the vibration was related to the rollers' grinding and assembly accuracy.As the grinding technical standard for levelling rollers have been modified,the chatter marks have been restrained finally,and the smooth production has been guaranteed.
