摘要
通过对高炉风口前理论燃烧温度(Tf)的剖析,按照最小二乘法拟合的原理,建立与理论分析相对应的经验多项式,经验多项式的建立有利于生产过程的直接使用;还通过检验发现目前各厂广泛使用的Tf经验公式偏离实绩较多,这样对炉缸下部状态的认识必然造成较大偏差。由于高炉实际过程中喷吹煤质差异很大,因此有必要将煤质参数引进经验多项式中,确立Tf值与煤质的关系,使其更为实用。
Through analysis of the theoretical flame temperature in the front of BF tuyere,a multi-item equation of experience which is associated with the theoretical analysis has been set up based on the fitting principle of the least square method.The setting up of the equation is useful to the direct application of it in industrial production.It was found through checking that the Tf experiential formula widely used in many plants at present is far from the real situation.It will be inevitable to cause a bigger deviation to knowing of the state of the hearth area.In the real BF process,as the coal quality is very different,it is necessary to introduce coal quality to the multi-item equation and to establish the relationship between the Tf and coal quality,which will make the equation more practical.
