摘要
目的论述基于单片机的干扰电颈椎治疗仪的设计过程。方法采用单片机作为主控模块,控制DDS芯片AD9832产生正弦信号,再通过后续滤波放大输出所需要的干扰电流信号。通过键盘调节其中一路信号的频率和治疗时间,液晶显示治疗时间和治疗差频。键盘和液晶显示,为用户提供了一套可视化操作平台。结果系统可输出两路正弦信号,其中一路信号频率固定为4000 Hz,另一路频率在4000~4100 Hz之间可调。运用示波器可观察到输出的正弦信号波形。结论本文完成了系统的软硬件设计和实验仿真,实现了静态干扰电的产生,并将结果进行临床验证,取得预期效果。
Objective To introduce the designing process of interferential current cervical vertebral therapeutic instrument based on MCU.Methods As a main control module,MCU was used to make AD9832 to send out sinusoidal signal,and then the signal was turned into interferential current by filters and amplifiers.One frequency interferential signal and the treatment time could be adjusted with keyboard.The LCD screen could display the difference of the frequency and the treatment time.The keyboard and the LCD screen provided a visual platform.Results This system could output two interferential currents.One frequency was fixed and unchangeable and the other could be changed between 4000 Hz and 4100 Hz.The sinusoidal waveforms of output could be observed with oscilloscope.Conclusion This text has realized the virtual design and the simulation experiments,which can fulfill the creation of interferential current.The clinical application acquired anticipative effects.
