摘要
本文从几何光学和傅里叶光学中最基本的公式和理论出发,推导出用莫尔偏转法测量相位物体的基本公式,为在用莫尔偏转法测量相位物体时,提供了处理实验结果的理论依据。
In this paper the fundamental formulas for measuring phase objects by Moire deflectometry are derived based on the fundamental formulas of geometry optics and the theories of Fourier optics, thus provide theoretical bases for handling xperimental result in measuring phase objects by Moire deflectometry.
