摘要目的探讨高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)作用及作用机制。方法对HDL的既往作用、抗炎新作用和治疗进展进行研究归纳。结果通过对HDL的既往作用和抗炎新作用、治疗进展等方面的一些作用及作用机制的深入研究,了解HDL作用进展。结论 HDL的一些新的生物活性及其在治疗领域上的应用具有广阔的前景。
