摘要
利用静力学方程对一种广泛使用于连续退火线上的曲柄摆式飞剪进行了分析,并以此为基础论述了该型飞剪电机功率的计算方法,同时也对剪切过程中飞剪电机转速与机组带钢运行速度的匹配关系以及该型飞剪的定尺剪切特性进行了论述。
In this paper analyzed the flying crank and rocker arm shear which was widely used in continuous annealing line by ways of analytical statics, and based on the analysis a method to calculate the power of the shear's motor was presented,the match of the process line speed and the rotate speed of the motor together with the constant length of every cut of the shear are also discussed in this paper.
