摘要
为了提高某SUV车型侧门踏板的客户满意度,重点从人的因素进行人机工程分析,建立侧门踏板研究的相关数学模型,并运用CATIA软件建模进行人机校核,对侧门踏板提出“人一机一环境”系统总体性能最佳的改进方案。设计改进后的产品提升了客户满意度。
In order to improve the customer satisfaction of side door pedal for some SUV,mainly do manmachine engineering analysis from human factor, set up related mathematic model of side door pedal research, and using CATIA software modeling to do man-machine checking,put forward optimal improvement scheme of overall performance for "Man-machine-environment" system of side door pedal.Improve the customer satisfaction of designed improved products.
