摘要
本文报导了一种光学延迟器的设计和研制结果。该延迟器主要由一个输入三棱镜和一组共轭焦点的球面反射镜所组成,可以实现大到几百个毫微秒范围的连续可变和小到几十个飞秒的精细调节,並具有结构简单、稳定性好和保持光束质量等突出的优点。
We developed a kind of optical delayer, which consists of a input—prism and a seytem of conjugate coci of spherical, concave mirrors. By this device, the large—range delay up to hundreds of us and the fine—tuning down to tens of fs can be realized In addition, it has a variety of advantages such as high stability, compact structure and beam—constancy.
