摘要
推行办公自动化是高校自身建设、改革和发展的必然要求.本文结合辽宁对外经贸学院办公自动化系统建设的实际情况,论述了高校办公自动化建设的意义、过程和技术选型,重点介绍了系统的功能结构设计,讨论了B/S模式和J2EE架构作为办公自动化系统平台的优势和特点.
Implementation of Office Automation System is the necessary demand of Colleges and Universities itself building, reformation and development. This thesis integrates the actual situation of Liaoning University of International Business and Economics Office Automation System construction, dissertates the meaning, process and technical selection of Colleges and Universities＇ Office Automation System, intensively introduces the functional structure design of the system, discusses the advantages and characters of B/S mode and J2EE framework as the platform of Office Automation System.
