摘要
本文建立了部分相干系统成像的数学模型,讨论了相干度对成像的影响,提出了采用编码光源照明的清晰成像方法,为超分辨的实用化研究和延拓焦深的研究展现了新途径。实验证明了这种方法的正确性。
In this paper, a mathematical model of image formation in partially coherent system is established, The effect of coherence on image formation is investigated.A encoded source method to improve imaging clarity is proposed.lt shows a new approach for the study on practical super-re solution and increase of focal depth. Fxperimental demonstrations convince of our descussions.
