摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗老年良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法对老年良性前列腺增生症采用中西医结合治疗,连续服药3个月后采用自身前后对照的方法进行临床疗效评价。结果治疗3个月后前列腺体积存在显著差异(P<0.05),且国际前列腺症状评分问卷表(IPSS)评分、生活质量(QOL)评分、最大尿流量、残余尿量各项指标在治疗3个月后存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论中西药结合治疗老年良性前列腺增生症取得了较好的效果,符合国情,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treating elderly benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods The elderly patients with BPH were treated with the integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The efficacy after successive 3 month treatment was evaluated by self-controlled method.Results There was significant difference in the volume of prostate before and after the treatment（P 0.05）.While very significant difference was found in terms of I-PSS scores,QOL scores,maximum urinary flow and residual urine volume after 3 month treatment（P 0.01）.Conclusion The therapy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is obviously effective to treat elderly BPH,which is suited to the national situations and worth being popularized in clinic.
