摘要
采用低温解封的封闭异氰酸酯交联剂,配用胺改性环氧树脂,制备了一种低温固化阴极电泳涂料,并用DSC对其进行表征和评定。讨论了不同的异氰酸酯结构对固化行为的影响。
A low temperature curable cathodic electrophoretic coatings were prepared by a kind of blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent with low deblocking temperature and amine-modified epoxy resin. It was characterized and evaluated by DSC analysis. The influence of the different isocyanate structure on the curing behavior were discussed.
