摘要
本文先从理论上说明了采用部分相干光为光源来处理激光散斑图片可以提高图像的清晰度。然后给出了相应的实验结果.
This paper theoretically explains that the clearness of optical image can be improved if a partially coherent light is used as the light source for processing the laser speckle pattern then a related experimental results were given.
