摘要
桃的花内蜜腺位于凹形花托内侧,由分泌表皮和产蜜组织组成,属于花托蜜腺。分泌表皮具有特殊纹理的角质层,气孔器下陷并失去关闭功能,部分气孔内具有突出的分泌毛.产蜜组织在发育过程中,液泡呈现一定的变化规律,而且淀粉粒的动态较明显,线粒体为淀粉粒的降解提供了能量.最后形成的蜜汁从分泌毛顶端泌出.
Anatomic studies and cytological obcservations of the floral nectary in Prunuapersica (L.)Batsch were studied with light and scanning electron microscopy.Thenectary of Prunus persica (L.) Baisch is composed of an epidermis and nectariferoustissues which situated in hollow receptacle belonging to receptacle nectary.Thecuticle of sprcific veins and sunken stomatal apparatus are present in epidermillayer,these stomata remain open at all times,from some of which the secretoryhair protude.During the development of nectarif-erous tissues,the vacuole occur-ed regular change and the trends of starch is often conspicuous,morever themitochondria supply the energy with the starch degradation.Lastly the nectarsecreted from the tip of the secretory hair.
