摘要
给出了高 T_c 超导电性的直接杂化机制,并运用平均场近似做了研究.由最近邻格点间杂化作用为媒介形成局域空穴对.对转变温度、零温能隙和比热跃变作为掺杂参数的函数做了估算,并且给出了能隙、比热和热力学临界场对温度的依赖关系.
The direct hybridization mechanism for high T(?) superconductivity has beenproposed and studied by using the mean field approximation.A local singlet pairformed by media of hybridization between nearest-neighbor sites.The transition tem-perature,zero energy gap,and the specific heat jump as a function of dopingfraction,as well as the temperature dependence of energy gap,specific heat andthe thermodynamic critical field,have been calculated.
