摘要
研究了从端面入射超声波对轴类工件关键应力区域的原位检测方法。主要采用小角度纵波和横波对工件进行检测。用ABAQUS软件模拟了实际检测时值得注意的波型转换问题,同时用工件大端角代替裂纹的端角来模拟开口类缺陷与超声波作用后的波场。利用简单实用的缺陷定位程序可实现对检测缺陷的辅助定位。
A testing method which is used for detecting the spindle's vital region of the stresses with incident wave from the end face of spindle has been researched. Small angle longitudinal wave and transverse wave were applied in testing. Use ABAQUS to simulate the noteworthy waveform conversion in detection. And use the angle of sample to take palace of the angle of surface opening crack for the simulation of the wave field. Author writes a simple and practical program to fix a Position on the defect in testing.
