硫对烤烟中镁吸收与积累的影响

EFFECT OF SULFUR ON UPTAKE AND ACCUMULATION OF Mg NUTRIENT IN FLUE-CURED TOBACCO

摘要 通过液培试验研究了不同浓度硫(0.01、2、4、8、16和32mmol/L)处理对烤烟根、茎、叶及全株镁吸收及积累的影响。结果表明,2mmol/L处理显著提高了烤烟根系镁含量(0.6005%),促进了镁的吸收与积累量,4~32mmol/L处理的镁含量、积累量及吸收速率随硫浓度增加而降低,且显著低于0.01mmol/L处理的。2和4mmol/L处理促进了茎镁含量的显著提高,其积累量和吸收速率明显增加,镁含量分别为0.2043%和0.2038%,进一步供硫使茎镁含量明显降低。2mmol/L处理叶片镁含量为0.9532%,显著高于其他处理;在2~32mmol/L之间,随硫浓度增加,叶片镁含量、积累量及吸收速率都显著降低;0.01mmol/L高于16和32mmol/L处理,但低于其他3个处理。结果显示,2mmol/L处理促进烤烟根、茎、叶镁含量、积累量和吸收速率的共同提高,为最佳硫浓度。 A hydroponic experiment was carried out to study the effects of different concentration of sulfur(0.01~32mmol/L) on Mg uptake and accumulation in different parts of flue-cured tobacco.Results showed that Mg content in roots in the 2mmol/L concentration of sulfur treatment was 0.6005% and was significantly higher than those in 0.01 and 4~32mmol/L concentration of sulfur treatment.At the same time,2mmol/L concentration of sulfur increased Mg accumulation and uptake rate in roots.The Mg contents in stem under 2 and 4mmol/L concentration of sulfur were 0.2043% and 0.2038%,respectively,and were significantly higher than those in 0.01 and 8~32mmol/L concentration of sulfur treatment.Under treatments of 2 and 4mmol/L concentration of sulfur,the Mg accumulation and uptake rate increased,but higher sulfur concentration resulted in their decline.The Mg contents in leaves in the 2mmol/L concentration of sulfur was 0.9532% and was significantly higher than those in 0.01 and 4~32mmol/L concentration of sulfur.The Mg content,accumulation and uptake rate in leaves were significantly lower from 4 to 32mmol/L concentration of sulfur.The parameters in 0.01mmol/L concentration of sulfur were significantly higher than 16 and 32mmol/L concentration of sulfur but significantly lower than 2~8mmol/L concentration of sulfur.The optimal sulfur treatment of 2mmol/L concentration of sulfur increased the Mg contents,accumulation and uptake rate in roots,stems and leaves at the same time.
