结合某房地产开发小区住宅楼工程,提出了工程施工总体部署,探讨了工程质量保证体系及质量预控措施、施工安全保证体系及安全预控措施、施工工期保证体系及工期预控措施,从而确保房建工程施工的顺利进行。
Integrating with the real estate developing residential community engineering, it proposes overall arrangement of the engineering construction, inquires the engineering quality guarantee system and quality protection measures, construction security guarantee system and security protection measures, and construction duration guarantee system and construction duration protection measures, so as to ensure the smooth housing construction project.
