摘要
在对南京河西地区社区中心实地调研基础上,分析了社区中心规划建设的现状与问题,分析结果显示指引对于公共设施规划建设发挥了积极作用,但在设施规模、可操作性方面还存在一些问题,总结了河西中、北部片区社区公共设施规划建设及运营管理的经验和教训,并提出社区公共设施配置的优化措施。
Through consulting literature and field investigation of the community center in Hexi area of Nanjing, the paper analyzes the situation and problem of public facilities planning for urban community in Hexi. The results show that the guidance has had a positive effect on public facilities planning, but it still has some problem on facility area and feasibility. This paper summarizes the experience and lessons of planning and operation management of community＇ s public facilities in north and middle areas of Hexi, and put forward the optimization measures community public facilities.
