摘要 针对模具专业方向的具体情况,对实践教学的内容、方法和手段进行改革和探索。论述了实验教学内容的整合思想;分析了建立验证性实验、设计性实验、综合性实验等不同层次实验内容的专业实验平台的必要性。阐述了数控技能培训及模具拆装的实践教学对学生实践能力培养的重要意义。探讨了将成形过程仿真和多媒体应用于专业课程设计和生产实习的新思路。通过实践教学改革,增强学生的创新意识和综合能力,提高实践教学质量。 Based on concrete conditions of die specialty,the practical teaching contents,methods and means were reformed and explored.The integration idea of experimental teaching content was discussed,and the necessity of establishment professional experimental platform was analyzed.It includes verification experiments,design experiments,comprehensive experiments at different levels.The importance of practice teaching in CNC skills training and mold disassembly to training students' practice ability was described.The new idea of the simulation to form process and multimedia used to the professional course design and production practice was explored.The reforms of practical teaching enhanced students' sense of innovation and integration capabilities,improved the quality of practical teaching.
