摘要
文章探讨通过综合性实验教学提高生物技术本科生综合实践能力的方法。根据商洛学院生物医药工程系生物技术综合大实验课程教学实际,探讨了教学内容、教学方法和考核方式3方面改革与教学效果的关系。结合自身学科发展特点,优化课程体系、增删教学内容、完善实验考核方式,采取综合实验与科研项目相结合的模式,收到了较好的教学效果。文章认为合理开设综合性实验能促进本科生实践能力的提高,是培养高素质人才的有效途径。
This paper explores how to improve comprehensive practical ability of biotechnology undergraduate through comprehensive experimental teaching.According to actual experimental teaching of biological technique integration experiment for department of biomedical medicine engineering to explore the relationship between reform and teaching effectiveness of three aspects of the teaching content,teaching methods and evaluation methods.With their own development characteristics of subjects,optimizing the course system,adding and deleting course content,improving the experimental evaluation methods,using a combination model of integrated experiment and research projects,have received good teaching effectiveness.Reasonable and comprehensive experiments can promote the practical capacity of undergraduate,which is an effective way to cultivate high quality students.
