杂交手术在主动脉弓部疾病的应用

摘要 杂交技术是开放手术和介入技术相结合的产物。其目的在于减少传统外科治疗的创伤和并发症,提高治疗效果。现对杂交技术在主动脉弓部疾病的应用现状进行综述,包括体外循环下经典象鼻手术、三分支支架手术,非体外循环下各种术式的优缺点和发展方向。 Hybrid procedure is an emerging concept that combines the skills and techniques of open surgery and interventional surgery.It aims to reduce the trauma and complication which caused by traditional operation and improves the therapeutic efficacy.This review provides a snap shot of the application of current hybrid procedures in the field of aortic arch surgery,analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of different kinds of hybrid operation,including classic elephant trunk procedure and triple-branched stent graft procedure under cardiopulmonary bypass,and other new methods without cardiopulmonary bypass.
