摘要
针对目标函数和约束函数是正则弱Lipschitz的非光滑规划问题,在一定的条件下,给出并证明了带有等式和不等式约束的非光滑B-(p,r)-规划问题的最优性条件,讨论了KKT条件与局部最优解之间的关系。
In view of the objective function and constraint functions being the regular weak Lipchitz under certain conditions,this paper proves the optimality condition of non-smooth programming about B-（p,r） question which has the equality and the inequality constraints.The condition KKT and local optimal solution relationship are discussed.
