摘要
目的观察应用伊曲康唑口服液预防血液肿瘤患者深部真菌感染的效果。方法将我院2008年5月至2010年10月收治的79例血液肿瘤患者随机分为真菌感染预防用药组和对照组,其中预防用药组患者预防性地服用伊曲康唑口服液,而对照组患者仅给予常规治疗。观察两组患者深部真菌感染的发生率。结果 41例服用伊曲康唑口服液患者中,1例患者出现痰涂片查到酵母样菌,但痰培养阴性,感染率为2.4%;而对照组38例中,9例发生深部真菌感染,感染率为23.7%,明显高于预防用药组(P<0.01)。结论伊曲康唑口服液能有效预防血液肿瘤患者深部真菌感染。
Objective To observe the efficacy of itraconazole oral solution on prophylaxis of body-internal fungal infection in patients with hematological malignancy.Methods Seventy nine patients with hematological malignancy admitted in our hospital from May 2008 to October 2010 were randomly divided into the study group（41 cases） and the control group（38 cases）.The patients in the study group were treated by itraconazole oral solution for prophylaxis of body-internal fungal infection,while those in the control group received traditional treatment without antifungal agent.The incidence and severity of body-internal fungal infection was statistically compared between two groups.Results In the study group（41 cases）,one case had yeastlike fungi found in the sputum＇s coat,which were negative in the sputum＇s culture.The incidence of fungal infection was calculated to be 2.4%.In the control group（38 cases）,9 patients suffered body-internal fungal infection.The incidence of fungal infection was calculated to be 23.7%,which was significantly higher than that in the study group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Prophylactic administration of itraconazole oral solution could effectively reduce the incidence of body-internal fungal infection in patients with hematological malignancy.
