摘要
分析了突发事件和卫勤急救的特点,对做好保障准备提出了人员、装备、训练等要求,指出了急救卫生装备体系与目前应对突发事件卫勤保障存在不相适应的问题,提出了充分利用社会资源、增加装备配置、增强急救车辆的防护、提高信息化水平等办法,全面提升了部队执行多样化任务应急卫勤保障的能力。
The features of emergency accident and first-aid medical service are introduced. The issue that the current first-aid medical equipment doesn＇t cope well with the emergency accidents is analyzed. In order to promote the army to accomplish missions efficiently in case of emergency, methods are recommended such as utilizing the social resources, increasing the number of medical equipment, reinforcing the protection of ambulance vehicles and making the best of information technology.
