向列型热致液晶聚酰胺的结构表征 被引量:2

摘要 采用傅立叶红外光谱仪(IR)、广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)、热台偏光显微镜(POM)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所合成热致液晶聚酰胺进行了结构表征。IR谱图显示了该聚合物为半刚性结构,与所设计的分子结构相一致;WAXD曲线显示处于液晶态的聚合物在2θ=20°左右有一弥散的峰,表明该液晶聚合物为向列型液晶结构;POM观察到液晶聚合物呈明显的双折射和消光现象及向列型液晶的典型纹影织构,SEM下显示的液晶态的结构与形态,更进一步支持了WAXD所得结论。 The thermotropic liquid crystalline polyamide was characterized by infrared spectrum(IR),wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD),polarizing microscope(POM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) measurements.IR spectrogram indicates that the polymer's structure is semirigid,which is identical with the designed one.WAXD curve indicates a dispersive reflection peak at about 2θ=20° when the polymer is measured in liquid crystal state,showing the liquid crystalline polymer is a typical nematic crystal.Under hot-stage optical microscopy,the sample shows a obvious birefringent phenomenon and frosting phenomenon,schlieren texture(typical nematic texture) is observed,and combined with SEM results for the polymer structure,which supports further the conclusion resulted from WAXD.
