摘要
甘肃省山洪灾害防治非工程措施建设实施规划工作已经全面启动,随着洪水灾害带来的影响与危害越来越大,人们防洪意识不断提高,防洪工程不断发挥作用。通过对山洪灾害现状与存在问题以及防治措施的全面分析,针对其特点提供几点认识,供参考。
The implementation plan of non-engineering measures for control and mitigation of mountain flood disasters has been launched completely in Gansu Province.Along with the increasing influences and dangers of flood disasters,people＇s awareness of flood control is improving,and flood control projects are continually giving play to their functions.Through complete analysis of the status of maintain flood disasters,existing problems and counter measures,the paper gives some opinions on the features of flood disasters for reference.
