摘要
师范生就业困难已经成为大学生就业问题中不可忽视的重要问题之一,这与师范院校的人才培养模式不无关系。目前我国师范院校培养出的师范生大多重知识轻能力,无法适应社会的需要。河北师范大学的"顶岗实习"工作以在实践中锻炼师范生从教技能为手段,以促进学生成长成才为核心,是一种以师范生就业为导向的新型人才培养模式,对促进高师学生的就业有着十分重要的意义。
As employment becomes difficult, curricular mode becomes an increasingly urgent concern. Students pay more attention to the knowledge than competence, so they are unable to adapt to social demands. The internship or in-post teaching practice by Hebei Normal University is regarded as a careeroriented mode of education which is greatly helpful with the potential employment for the graduates.
