摘要
目的：考查生物化学检验基于工作过程教学改革的教学效果。方法：教改班和对照班同一试题考试,进行对比分析。结果：教改班和对照班成绩中位数分别为77.3和71.6,教改班成绩优于对照班（χ^2=7.011,P〈0.01）。结语：施行基于工作过程的教学改革,有助于提高学生职业资格考试的通过率。
Objective：To examine biochemistry test based on the working process of the teaching reform of teaching effect.Method：Teaching reform and that in comparative class at the same questions test,Tocompared analysis.Result：The scores median of reform class is 77.3 and that in comparative class is 71.6,Teaching reform class scores than that in comparative class（c2=7.011,P0.01）.Conclusion Based on the working process of the teaching reform and improve the students＇professional qualification examination.
