6σ稳健设计在单目标优化问题中的仿真应用 被引量:3

Simulation and Application of 6σ Robust Design in Single-objective Optimal Problems

摘要 引入6σ设计理念将可靠性理论和容差技术相结合,提出了一种稳健设计优化模型,采用粒子群算法,实现对目标函数的优化。以圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧为应用实例,基于ISIGHT集成MATLAB平台,对圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧的约束函数进行可靠性、稳健性评估,证明了该方法的有效性。 six sigma theoretical method was combined the reliability-based robust design with tolerance technology to propose a mathematical model about robust optimal design.Meanwhile,the particle swarm optimization was adopted to search optimal set of the objection function,and the proposed method with the software of Isight and Matlab was applied to the example of cylindrical helical spring for the purpose of resolving the evaluation of inequality constraints.At last,the effectiveness of the method proved the experimental result of cylindrical helical spring.
