摘要
现有的电压合格率管理方式存在诸多弊端,为此开发了基于GPRS和PI数据库的电压合格率管理系统,介绍了系统结构、技术构架、工作流程、系统功能及特点以及该系统在温州电力局的应用情况,展望了系统的发展前景。
In view of the defects of the existing voltage eligibility rate management method,the voltage eligibility rate management system based on GPRS and plant information（PI） database is developed.This paper presents the system structure,technological framework,work process,system functions and characteristics as well as its application in Wenzhou Electric Power Bureau.The development prospect of the system is also provided.
