摘要
中低压配电网设备复杂多样。为改变目前监控技术和管理方式落后的现状,在输变电调度、生产等领域成功应用PI数据库的基础上,开始PI数据库在配电网管理应用的建设开发,对加强配电网集中化、自动化、精细化管理具有重要意义。
The equipments of low/medium voltage distribution network are complex and diverse.To improve the current monitoring technology and management method,this paper presents the development of the application of plant information（PI） database to management of distribution networks based on its successful application to transmission and transformation dispatch,production etc.It is of great significance to improve centralized,automatic and refined management of distribution networks.
