摘要
案例教学法在刑法教学中的重要性已无须多言,但如何针对刑法学的自身特点合理运用案例教学法是值得探讨的问题。具体而言,首先应选择合适的案例,其次应选用较优的案例教学模式,最后还要运用合理的案例教学方法,方能取得良好的教学效果。
The significance of case study in the teaching of criminal law has been widely accepted, but how to use it appropriately according to the features of criminal law still remains a problem worthy of been studied. To be specific, firstly, suitable cases should be carefully selected; secondly, optimized teaching mode of case study should be chosen; fi- nally, rational case study methodology should be applied. Consequently, effective teaching can be guaranteed.
