总结1例行腹膜透析患者并发腹膜炎的护理,主要内容包括:腹痛及高热的护理,严格无菌透析技术操作,健康教育及心理护理。经过精心的治疗和护理,患者腹膜炎得以控制,恢复良好,住院13d顺利出院。
This paper summarizes the nursing care of one patient receiving peritoneal dialysis complicating peritonitis. Main contents including ： abdominal pain and fever nursing, strict aseptic teehnique of dialysis, health education and psychological care. Through meticulous treatment and nursing, the patient restored good after peritonitis had been controlled. The patient had been discharged from hospital after13d smoothly.
