摘要
光度法测定甲醛,灵敏度高、选择性好、成本较低,但对化妆品样品的前处理时间较长。目前用光度法快速测定化妆品中甲醛的方法尚未见报道。用乙酰丙酮作显色剂,提高反应速率,以50%异丙醇作测定溶液,即能解决样品前处理时间长的缺陷。甲醛的方法检测限为0.78mg/L。回收率范围95%~97%,RSD为0.5186%~2.0032%。方法精密度高,准确度好,测定速度快,可用于商业化妆品中甲醛的快速测定。与标准检测方法进行比对,结果满意(Z=0.35)。
Determination of formaldehyde by spectrophotometer is a method with high sensitivity, good selectivity and low cost, but the pre-treatment of samples for cosmetics is longer. Rapid Determination of formaldehyde in cosmetics by this meth od has not been reported so far. The method here is as follows: using acetyl acetone reagent to accelerate the reaction rate, 50% isopropyl alcohol solution was used as detection solution, whieh can solve the longer sample preparation times problem. The detection limit for formaldehyde was 0. 78 mg/L, recoveries were 95%-97%, RSD was between 0. 5186% -2. 0032%. The method is high precision, good accuracy, quick and can be used for commercial rapid determination of formaldehyde in cosmetics. The method and the standard detection methods were compared, the satisfactory results (Z = 0.35) were obtained.
