摘要
目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的执行转换功能。方法采用混合设计,使用数字-字母转换任务范式对27例COPD患者和27例正常对照进行执行转换功能测试,记录各自的反应时间、反应错误率,所得数据进行重复测量的方差分析。结果组间主效应显示,COPD患者组较正常对照组反应时间明显延长,错误率增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);组内主效应显示,在不同任务难度下所有受试者反应时间、错误率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);交互作用显示,在反应时指标上任务难度与分组有显著的交互作用(P<0.01)。结论 COPD患者在一定程度上存在执行转换功能障碍,这种改变与正常老龄化有相似之处,但受损程度更为明显。
Objective To investigate the shifting of mental sets on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods 27 patients with COPD （the study group） and 27 healthy subjects （the control group） received test for shifting of mental sets by the Number-letter task according to mixed factorial design. The response thne （RT） and rate of response error were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results Statistical analysis between groups showed that patients in the study group had significantly longer RT and significantly higher rate of response error than subjects in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Statistical analysis within group showed that the RT and rate of response error exhibit significant difference under task of various difficulties （P 〈 0.01）. Interactive analysis revealed that the difficulty of the task and the groups are interactive （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Shifting of mental sets on patients with COPD was impaired to some extent, which is similar to natural aging but more severe.
