摘要
目的观察胃经五输穴(从合穴到井穴)阻抗值趋势。方法试用自行研制脏腑疾病诊断仪DM-Ⅰ,测试180名无胃病及其循行经脉病的健康人胃经五输体表阻抗值。结果胃经五输穴体表阻抗值呈现大体递减的趋势,足三里阻抗值略小于解溪、陷谷的阻抗值。经t检验统计量的双尾概率P值均<0.05,在95%的置信水平下总体趋势看可以认为是个倒立对钩形状。结论足三里—解溪—陷谷—内庭—厉兑的测试值大体呈递减趋势。验证健康人胃经五输体表阻抗值足三里到厉兑穴呈递减趋势的实验规律,符合古人提出的经典经论。
Objective To further observe surface resistance values tendency by five transport points.Methods 180 healthy persons who no stomach trouble and no disease were tested on regulating bodily functions persons＇ impedance values by five transport points,by the Zang-Fu disease diagnostic apparatus DM-Ⅰ.Results Five transport points surface impedance values shown generally degressive trend.Zusanli values slightly less than Jiexi,Xiangu.the overall trend shown a handstand check mark,by 95% confidence level（T statistic P0.05）.Conclusion The values of Zusanli,Jiexi,Xiangu,Neiting,Lidui present generally degressive trend,just as a handstand check mark.
