摘要
目的观察临床常用的四种复合树脂材料牙体修复充填后,在不同牙体洞深和固化后不同时间粘结界面微渗漏的变化。方法选取新鲜离体前磨牙和磨牙各100个,分别在颌面中央制备直径2 mm、洞深2 mm(前磨牙)和直径2 mm、洞深3 mm(磨牙)的颌面洞,随机数字法将两种洞深分为4组,分别用Spectrum TPH光固化树脂(S组)、Esthet-X复合树脂(E组)、Dyract AP复合体(D组)和F2000 Compomer(F组)充填,于光固化后10 min、30 min、1 h、24 h4、8 h时间点在体视显微镜下用测微软件测量粘结面微渗漏情况。结果四种材料在固化10 min后微裂隙宽度均出现剧烈变宽现象,固化30 min后宽度缓慢增加,1 h和24 h宽度最大。固化后48 h,各样本的裂隙宽度有减小的现象。结论四种材料充填不同洞深均出现微渗漏;随着洞深深度增加,微渗漏减小;不同时间微渗漏变化速度不同,固化后30 min至24 h渗漏值最大。
Objective to observe the change of microleakage of four kinds of complexes exerted by different depth of cavities and curing time.Methods To fetch 200 fresh Premolar tooth and Molar respectively in total(100 respectively),and then make the cavity category of I which the diameter was 2 mm,the depth of cavity was 2 mm and 3 mm.And make each kind of depth of the cavities into four groups randomly,filled by Spectrum TPH,Esthet-X,Dyract Ap and F2000 Compomer respectively,and observe the microleakage after curing 10 min,30 min,1 h,24 h and 48 h respectively with software.ResultsThe microleakage of four kinds of complexes increased acutely after curing 10 min and increased slowly after curing 30 min,the deepest appears after curing 1 h and 24 h,the microleakage of each sample was going down after curing 48 h.Conclusion The microleakage appears different depth of the cavities filled by the four kins of complexes.With the depth of the cavities increased,the microleakage is going down,the change of microleakage is different on each time.The deepest microleakage appears after 30 min-24hour's curing.
