摘要
参照国标研制开发了一套以STC89C52R单片机为核心的真空玻璃传热系数测量仪,运用一线式温度传感器DS18B20对真空玻璃两侧的温度进行采样,由PID计算和修正后达到控制冷、热板温度的目的,实现了对其传热系数的测量。
By referring to the national standard,a STC89C52R MCU-based instrument for vacuum glass heat transfer coefficient measurement was designed,which adopts the PID algorithm to control temperature,and bases on DS18B20 temperature transmitter to acquire the temperature data at vacuum glass sample sides,then to have them calculated and amended properly,this can benefit the development of reliable and stable instruments for quality inspection of vacuum glass heat transfer coefficient.
