摘要
利用工控机和高速数据采集卡PC I-1711设计电磁阀参数测试系统,采用采集卡的数字量输入、输出与模拟量输入功能,并配以外围接口电路设计,获得良好效果。同时介绍了中断方式的双缓冲技术在测试系统中的应用。
The design and its applications of solenoid value parameters testing system based on IPC and high-speed DAC PCI-1711 were introduced;and the DAC digital I/O and analog input as well as the external interface circuit were developed to achieve circuit control,data acquisition,data processing and preservation,and to display the real-time curves of two-station test data as required;meanwhile,the double-buffering technology of interrupt mode in the testing system was introduced.
