经皮动力髋螺钉结合“TAP”值治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察经皮动力髋螺钉结合"TAP"值治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法采用经皮动力髋螺钉治疗老年股粗隆间骨折患者31例,按照术后Sanders髋关节临床功能评分进行分析。结果 Sanders评分优良率93.55%,术后随访期间所有患者均未出现钢板螺钉断裂、头钉切出等不良并发症。结论经皮动力髋螺钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折疗效满意,术中把控钉体的良好位置,使得TAP值<25mm,预防钉体切出。
